Abdul Mateen Rahi

Operation Head

A dynamic and visionary leader, Abdul Mateen Rahi has been deeply involved in the family legacy of Insha Plastic Industries since his early years. With a forward‑looking approach, he has expanded the business into diverse areas, including the manufacturing of rubber products and the fabrication of engineering components for thermal power plants. He also established Techno Fab (India), a fabrication company that reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to industrial excellence. His remarkable contributions have not only strengthened the foundation of the family enterprise but also positioned it for growth across multiple sectors, making him a driving force behind its continued success.

Mohammed Moin

National Head, Marketing

Mohammed Moin is an accomplished marketing professional with over two decades of diverse industry experience. A Mechanical Engineer from Bangalore University and an MBA in Marketing from IISWBM, Calcutta University, he began his career at Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. as a Sales Executive. He then advanced through leadership roles at Parry Enterprises India Ltd. (Murugappa Group), Valvoline Cummins Ltd., and CTM Technical Textiles Ltd., Ahmedabad. In 2017, he joined Insha Plastic Industries as National Head – Marketing, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth. His focus on automation of production lines, modern branding, and innovative packaging has strengthened the company’s market presence and enhanced product value. With his strategic vision and proven expertise, Mohammed Moin continues to play a pivotal role in positioning Insha Plastic Industries as a trusted name in agricultural and industrial solutions.

Asif Iqbal

Head, Finance

Asif Iqbal oversees the financial structure of Insha Plastic Industries, ensuring stability and efficiency across operations. A graduate in Business Administration (BBA), he brings strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to managing the company’s finances. In addition to financial planning and control, he also manages trading activities for allied products, contributing to the company’s diversified growth. His focus on sound financial management and strategic trading has been integral to strengthening the organization’s overall performance.
